With a BA in Psychology & Philosophy from Tel Aviv University and ongoing MA studies in Organizational Psychology, she brings analytical rigor and strong interpersonal skills to team coordination and people management. Her background in customer service, rehabilitation services, and high-pressure operations has equipped her with the discipline and problem-solving mindset needed to support both individual team members and company-wide performance. Fluent in Hebrew and English, she ensures ProManage maintains the structured, supportive environment essential to project success.

Engineer & Project Manager

Jaber brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience in Israel's most significant transportation projects. A Technion-educated civil engineer, he specializes in design coordination and construction-phase management, with a proven track record of navigating complex interfaces between design and delivery. His calm, methodical approach under pressure ensures that schedules stay firm, quality standards are met, and stakeholder expectations remain aligned throughout project execution.

Allon Avior is a licensed civil engineer and Technion graduate who specializes in turning complex transportation concepts into approved, buildable projects. With nearly a decade of experience, he has led statutory promotion, land readiness, and multi‑stakeholder coordination for major infrastructure initiatives, including the Haifa–Nazareth NoFit Light Rail, Highway 5 Fast Lanes, and regional transport hubs. Allon’s ability to bridge engineering, regulation, and execution ensures that large‑scale mobility projects move efficiently from planning to delivery while meeting strict technical and public‑sector expectations

Engineer & Project Manager

Odai Kabha is a civil engineer with a strong execution driven background in large scale infrastructure projects, bringing a practical, field oriented perspective into planning management. He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Technion and is a graduate of a Master’s degree in Legal Studies, combining engineering expertise with legal, regulatory, and contractual insight.

With hands-on experience in complex urban and transportation projects, Odai has been involved in multidisciplinary design coordination and understands the practical implications of planning decisions on execution. His approach bridges planning, design, and construction, ensuring efficient, realistic, and well-coordinated planning processes that support successful project delivery.

Founder & CEO

Haitham is a civil engineer with over 15 years of experience designing and managing large-scale transportation infrastructure. A Technion graduate, he has led design management for metropolitan light rail systems, delivered complex highway expansions ahead of schedule, and coordinated multidisciplinary teams across international borders. His defining strength is his ability to translate technical complexity into clear, actionable plans—connecting engineers, stakeholders, and contractors in a shared vision of project success.
